Kansas does not offer over the counter Deer tags for non-resident hunters. Every Spring Kansas conducts a lottery draw to determine who will win a coveted tag. It is getting harder and harder to draw a tag. We can’t predict the future but we feel that it will only get harder to draw a tag.
